A winter ale using pale malt and traditional Fuggles and Goldings hops, celebrating the Victorian postmen called ‘robin redbreasts’.
A good Christmas ale but may be a little too hoppy for some tastes.

ÖL Ljus Lager is a golden coloured ale with those roasted malt aroma notes of the mash tun, which you experience passing a traditional brewery. It has a light sweetness with biscuit and roasted malt notes. The aroma and taste very much reflecting the aromas of the working brewery.

Whilst IKEA may not be ones first choice for real ale and many discount their beers entirely, the light and dark lagers do have some merit and should be tried to decide ones opinion.
